Is there any other vehicles that interchange parts with a 1991 Jeep Wrangler? I know ford wheels are the same but is there any other parts that interchange with other vehicles, like axels drive shafts etc. etc. ?

Not so much. The rear drums off a Cherokee will work on the YJ. People do that for better braking (larger brakes) after up sizing their tires. But as far as interchange w/out modifying. That’s about it.
